Cessna Citation Excel
The original Citation Excel combined a comparatively generous midsize cabin with the practical Citation operating philosophy. Later XLS, XLS+ and XLS Gen2 variants build on it but should not erase differences in cockpit and passenger interior.

Aircraft overview
A model reference for aircraft selection. Configuration, route performance and availability depend on the aircraft offered by its operator.
The cabin
A nearly stand-up cabin is useful for a short meeting en route, though the older Excel fleet varies widely by refurbishment. Current photos and baggage allowance are essential.
Where it fits
It can fit a group that needs more room than a CitationJet on a regional sector. Price comparisons with a newer XLS should consider interior quality as well as distance.
