Private aviation sourcing platform
One product for the charter sourcing decision chain.

Mission
Capture the real itinerary, local departure times, passenger count and the client’s requirements as one versioned mission.
01Private aviation sourcing platform
A sourcing system, not another disconnected database
Private jet charter brokers rarely lack access to information. They lack continuity between information sources. A client request may begin in email or a messaging app, move into a marketplace search, continue through direct operator outreach, get summarized in a spreadsheet, then be rebuilt again for a client proposal. Jet Intelligence is designed to keep that work attached to one mission record.
The platform starts with a structured itinerary and client requirements. Real operator and aircraft records are normalized behind the scenes with source and version context. The broker can then move from discovery to a controlled sourcing wave without losing the reasoning that led to the shortlist.

The broker decision layer
The product is intentionally different from an operator flight-management system. Crew duty, maintenance control and dispatch belong in specialist operational tools. Jet Intelligence focuses on the commercial sourcing decision that sits between the client request and the booked trip.
That means aircraft suitability, supplier identity, response state, pricing certainty, unresolved costs, inclusions, exclusions, aircraft media and client presentation are treated as one decision chain. The result is a broker workspace that can complement existing marketplaces and FMS products instead of forcing a team to replace every system it already uses.
03Private aviation sourcing platform
From operator response to client proposal
Operators can respond through a private portal with a quote, alternative aircraft, question or decline. The broker sees comparable response evidence rather than a pile of differently formatted emails. All-in, conditional and indicative prices are kept distinct so a cheap-looking offer with unknown fees does not outrank a more complete commercial answer by accident.
Selected offers can be turned into client-safe proposals with broker pricing separated from supplier cost. Proposal revisions are immutable, private links are revocable, PDF output is generated from the released snapshot, and the client can accept, reject or ask a question against the same proposal evidence.
04Private aviation sourcing platform
The mission after the sale
A sourcing tool is incomplete if the winning aircraft disappears into a new operations process. Jet Intelligence can convert an accepted proposal into a booking handoff with an evidence-aware checklist. Passenger data, permits, handling, catering, transport, insurance, payment evidence and final briefing can be managed without recreating the accepted commercial record.
Handling, catering and flight-support suppliers are modeled separately from aircraft operators and matched to mission airports. That lets a broker coordinate the trip around the aircraft without polluting the operator database or losing airport-specific service evidence.
