Who we are

Jet Intelligence is a product of Limitless Sky and Sea LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #9579, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Contact info@jet-intelligence.com. Company details are also on the company page.

The broker owns the traveler relationship. Jet Intelligence does not dispatch flights, certify aircraft or guarantee availability. Passenger and quote data entered in a desk is treated as confidential to that organization.

Data we collect

• Desk signup: name, company, work email and a password. The password is stored by our authentication provider as a hash. We also store the time you accepted this notice and the Terms.
• Access requests: name, company, role, work email, audience (broker, operator or service), approximate monthly volume, an optional note, the page you submitted from, and the time you accepted this notice.
• Desk content: missions, supplier selections, quotes, proposals and similar records you or your teammates enter after sign-in. That content stays inside your organization.
• Technical data: authentication cookies and ordinary server logs needed to keep the session and investigate abuse.

We do not ask the public forms for passenger names or travel documents. Stripe Checkout collects billing address, tax ID (when provided), and payment method details for the Broker subscription. Jet Intelligence does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

• Contract: to create and operate the desk you sign up for.
• Consent: the checkbox on signup and on the access-request form. You can withdraw consent for a request that has not been acted on by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect desk data we still need to provide the service.
• Legitimate interests: securing accounts, preventing spam, answering access requests and understanding product use in aggregate.

Who processes it

• Supabase provides authentication, the database and file storage.
• Vercel hosts the website and application.
• Stripe processes billing details, payment methods, subscription charges and invoices. Stripe may process this information outside your country.
• Resend is the configured outbound email provider. Operational email stays off unless outbound transport is explicitly enabled. Auth emails (confirmation and password reset) are sent by Supabase until a custom SMTP provider is connected.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use access-request emails for unrelated marketing lists.

Retention and international transfers

Account data is kept while the desk is open. Access requests are kept so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete an unused request or close a desk. We may keep a limited security or dispute record after deletion.

The company is in the United States. Supabase and Vercel may process data in the United States and other regions they publish. Where a transfer from the EEA, UK or Switzerland needs a transfer tool, we rely on the tools those processors make available, including Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.

Your rights

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email info@jet-intelligence.com and we will respond.

Cookies

The live site uses an authentication cookie and a theme preference stored in the browser. It does not run a marketing analytics cookie from this notice.
