Terms of use.

The service

Jet Intelligence, a product of Limitless Sky and Sea LLC, gives charter brokers a workspace to source aircraft and operators, run requests, compare quotes and prepare client proposals. Operators and service providers can request access or use the published operator tools. Creating a desk at /signup opens a workspace and redirects you to Stripe Checkout to enter required billing details and a payment method. The Broker subscription costs €49 per month, plus applicable taxes, and billing starts when checkout completes.

The platform does not act as a charter broker, operator or dispatcher. It does not guarantee aircraft availability, legality of a flight, or a universal safety verification. Operator confirmation remains required before a trip is treated as firm.

Accounts

• You need a work email and a password of at least 8 characters. Confirm the email before signing in.
• You are responsible for users you allow into your organization and for keeping credentials private.
• Signup stores your name and company so the desk can be created for that organization. Each new broker signup creates its own organization. It does not join a company that already exists.
• We may suspend access that threatens other tenants, abuses email, or breaks these terms.

Your content and confidentiality

You keep ownership of missions, quotes, passenger details and supplier contacts you enter. You give us permission to host that data so the desk can function. Aircraft documents, passenger details, quotes and supplier contacts are confidential. Do not upload them except as the product allows, and do not share another organization’s data.

Paid placement, if it is ever offered, will not override mission fit, legality, freshness or verification.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited supplier messages outside the product’s controls, to probe other tenants, or to misrepresent availability or safety. Do not attempt to extract data that row-level security keeps inside another organization.

Privacy

The Privacy notice explains what we collect on signup and on the access-request form. You must accept that notice and these terms before creating a desk or sending a request.

Liability, governing law and billing

The service is provided as available business software; we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that a sourcing result is a firm offer; liability for the paid workspace is limited to direct damages that we cannot exclude under applicable law; and the contract is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service is the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA (Albuquerque). Each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Mandatory rights that apply to a business user in the EEA or UK are not waived where they cannot be waived.

Stripe Checkout collects billing details and a payment method at signup. The Broker subscription is €49 per month, plus applicable taxes, and billing starts when checkout completes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from billing settings.
